As a Reiki Practitioner Healer Master Teacher, I’ve been practicing for 15 years with work ranging from quick check-ins and comprehensive 7 chakra sessions to hospice and palliative care.

The energy flow always leads up to the root and purpose of our energy work - with gentle, focused care - to transmute murky blockages into clear moving channels.

My energy work approach is rooted in Reiki, where I channel Spirit directly to your energy field that places the healing where it needs to go. Through breathwork and intentional connection, we work together in a communal, co-created space, reminding you that you are your own healer.

My hybrid sessions weave together Reiki and intuitive tarot readings, blending energetic clearing with grounded insight. This combination creates a space where you can exhale and reconnect with your own healing energy. It’s soft and supportive: whether you’re sitting or laying, hand placements on shoulders and connecting through light physical touch connects us to our communal care.
